For even the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve...

Mark 10:45

Daniel Chapter 11, discusses the wars between two great forces, the King of the South and the King of the North.   In preparation for battle the phrase "to mobilize (NAS/NAU)" or "to assemble (ESV, NIV)" is used in verses 20 and 25.  The church today must also mobilize its people to "prepare for battle" against the evil forces that desire to destroy the church.  Our goal in the Mobilization Ministry (volunteers) is to select and activate the people (the church) into action.
At the beginning of the church year the Mobilization Team is tasked with recommending qualified people to the church body to fill all elected volunteer positions within the Church.  The Mobilization Team assembles members and non-members that attend the church on a regular basis to fill all volunteer positions.  Also the Mobilization Team is active during the church year to assemble people who desire to join a Church Ministry and may do so through the mobilization process and become part of a ministry team.
